Stephanie Pederson has worked in personal injury law since 2014 and brings a strong foundation of legal knowledge and client support to her role at Ranz Injury Law. She earned her associate’s degree from Pierce College in 2008, her bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington Tacoma in 2010, and completed her Paralegal Certificate at Tacoma Community College in 2015.
At Ranz Injury Law, Stephanie supports clients from the beginning to the end of their case—managing communication with insurance companies, drafting key legal documents, and addressing emergent needs as they arise. She’s known for her organized, efficient approach and her ability to solve problems quickly in a constantly shifting environment.
Stephanie is driven by a desire to help people and finds fulfillment in seeing a case through to resolution. She enjoys the variety her role brings, where no two days look the same, and values being part of a team that advocates for clients during difficult times.
Outside of the office, Stephanie enjoys running, reading, and camping in her trailer with her husband and two kids. A fun fact: she’s completed a half marathon—and she’s already planning for her next one.
